Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed with only a R50 penalty.
Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the quoted service rate]. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.
If Sitr cancels a placement or booking with less than [48 hours notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
Sitr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, cancel your booking and revoke your access to part or all of Sitr’s Websites, App and/or Services in the event that Sitr determines you are not eligible to use the Services or have violated any of the provisions of the Terms of Service, or have misused the Website, App or Services in any way. Please review our Privacy Policy and consult with Terms of Service, which are hereby incorporated by reference into and form an integral part of the Sitr’s Cancellation Policy.
Please note: If booking has been made, key-handover has been done/in person interview has been conducted and you cancel the booking 50% of booking fee will be kept and not refunded.
